Traffic and security records

Team357 may record a visitor's IP address, visit time, requested page, referring website, browser or device category, and approximate city, region, or country when that information is supplied by the hosting or network provider. The site does not request precise GPS location.

These records are used to understand site performance, recognize repeat traffic, investigate abuse, and protect the website. They are not used to create advertising profiles or follow visitors across unrelated websites.

02 / Retention

Limited and controlled

Detailed traffic history uses a 30-day retention window and a bounded recent-visit log. Older entries are cleared automatically during traffic processing and administrator review. Security records may be retained longer when necessary to investigate abuse, preserve evidence, or comply with law. Access is limited to authorized Team357 administration.

03 / Inquiries

Information you provide

When you submit the contact form, Team357 receives the information you choose to provide so the inquiry can be reviewed and answered. Do not submit passwords, account numbers, controlled information, or other unnecessary sensitive data.

04 / Arcade

Names and high scores

When you choose to publish a game score, your chosen player name and points appear publicly in the game and on the Arcade page. Use a nickname rather than private contact information. Earlier browser-only Ricochet scores stay on your device unless you choose to publish them.

Score records are kept separately from website traffic history so rankings survive game updates. Short-lived security counters help limit abusive submissions. Contact Team357 if you need a published score reviewed or removed.
