01 / The entrepreneur

Built to find value.
Prepared to build it.

Will J. Stuckenberg is the Founder and CEO of Team357. He is an entrepreneur, inventor, independent AI researcher and technologist, software developer, and operating executive with more than two decades of experience founding companies, developing products, and turning complex ideas into working businesses.

His career spans business formation, applied research, product strategy, engineering, commercialization, sales and business development, manufacturing, supply chain, software development, and operational growth. In one executive leadership role, Will joined an organization before it had deliverable production systems. In less than two years, he directed four multidisciplinary product programs from early concept through engineering, testing, full-scale manufacturing, and delivery. His work included Phase II SBIR-supported R&D for U.S. Army and Air Force requirements, direct participation in development and assembly, and coordination across engineering, science, production, quality, supply chain, government testing, and delivery. He also helped establish the manufacturing infrastructure, operating processes, and cross-functional teams required to support those programs. During that period, the organization doubled in size.

Will's technical experience includes mechanical design, manufacturing-line development, automation and robotics planning, advanced business systems, and technology commercialization. He is also a named inventor on granted U.S. design patents in water technology.

His software work connects data, intelligent decision-making, customer interfaces, and core operations. His portfolio includes AI-integrated systems, private agent-based AI platforms, automation-enabled web and mobile applications, operational analytics, real-time market-analysis tools, automated trading technology, and other purpose-built software.

His published and independent AI research examines model behavior, security, governance, human agency, and the responsible deployment of intelligent systems. At Team357, he brings these disciplines together through applied R&D, business and operations advisory, software and AI development, product engineering, manufacturing strategy, automation, and robotics.

Will's work sits at the intersection of research, software, engineering, and operating reality. His approach combines a founder's curiosity with an operator's discipline: understand the problem thoroughly, challenge conventional assumptions, build the right system, and remain involved until the idea becomes a practical and measurable result.
